Midnight Craving

Middle of the night and wanting to snack.


Where does a person get some tapas in Salt Lake, and some fresh figs and delicious cheese in the middle of the night?

And these look like good snack > > > cheese plate.

I love cheese, even if I am lactose intolerance. Thankfully, they have over-the-counter pills for people like me, who like to enjoy cheese without the tummy ache.

Fancy doughnuts, and delicious as they look.

The reason why I adore my wonderful boss. (Well one of many reasons why I adore her.) She has a sweet tooth too. For her birthday, she brought in a couple of boxes of gourmet doughnuts from Beyond Glazed Doughnuts. Yes, you read it correctly: gourmet doughnuts.





It's a good thing these "wonderfully decorated and as delicious as they look doughnut" shop isn't on my way to work, or I'd make a fast stop before work every morning.

Valentine's Day and Alice in Wonderland

I want to see this. Really, really want to see this. It looks like it's going to be a good romantic comedy!

And this one looks great! My favorite talented pair, Johnny Depp and Tim Burton, doing a movie together again.

Going to go to Yosemite

It would be fun to visit Yosemite National Park coming late May/June. You have to go in early summer to see the brilliant display of waterfalls.



On my to-do list: Yosemite's most demanding day hike, Half Dome.



Also on my to-do list this year, I want to summit Utah's highest peak, Kings Peak.

I think it's called love.
